Chest Press
This exercise is great for the "strapless dress/shirt issue". You know what I mean...the extra...buldge! Things to keep in mind: ✅Keep a small distance between the weights at the top of the movement so they don’t crash ✅Your upper arms should be perpendicular to the midline of your body ✅If you are increasing weight, please use a spotter! |

Chest Fly
Another great chest exercise to increase "perkiness"! Things to keep in mind: ✅Keep a slight bend in your elbows ✅Maintain a small distance between the weights at the top so they don’t crash ✅If you feel any pain or pressure in your elbow, the weight is too heavy |

Reverse Chest Fly with Resistance Band
This is a great progression to the chest press or fly. You can make the exercise harder by choking up on the band or by choosing a heavier one. Things to keep in mind: ✅Always check your band for tears before using it ✅Keep a slight bend in your elbows at all times ✅You may either do one side at a time or alternate |
